Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges: A shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied to orders below ₹2000.

2. Free Shipping: Orders with order value above ₹2000 qualifies for free shipping.

3. International Shipping: We do not ship outside of India at the moment.

4. Time to dispatch: We prepare and ship your product within 2 business days.

5. Delivery Time (Estimated): 7-10 days within Kerala. 10-14 days outside Kerala.

Return Policy

1. Damaged product: We take extra measures to make sure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In case you receive a damaged product, please write to info@laboperfumo.com with a picture of the damaged product within 3 days. Our team will get back to you with an amicable solution.

2. Not satisfied with the product: In this rare situation, write to info@laboperfumo.com and please return the product to us within 3 days. Once we receive the product, we will ship a replacement within 2 days. Please send back the product to Labo Perfumo, Near Ajwad perfumes, Markaz Complex, Mavoor Road, Kozhikode, Kerala 673004

Note: Shipping cost of the replacement product for damaged will be on us. However, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost of returning the product.
